How is your platform faster than everyone else?
Our platform is purely built using solid state disks (SSDs). Traditional hard drives have generally been the most significant bottleneck in computing environments. As one of the very first companies to introduce SSD technology to the public, our platform outperforms competitors like Amazon EC2 by a magnitude of 50-100x.
What additional software or features are available?
Every Cloud comes with one IPv4 address; each additional IP costs $2/month with proper ARIN justification. If you need a control panel, cPanel is available for $10/month and DirectAdmin for $5/month.
Why is your service so expensive?
Expensive is a relative term, but we believe that our platform is priced very reasonably. Since we've meticulously refined our UX, we have a pretty good idea what it's worth to us and we hope you agree.
Where's your datacenter and how's your network?
Our datacenter is located in beautiful Southern California with fully redundant power and cooling as well as 24/7 surveillance. We own and manage all of our hardware so there's no middle-man involved. Our premium network blend currently consists of Level 3, tw telecom and Cox Communications for stellar performance around the world.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (including JCB and Diners Club) for automatic billing on a monthly basis. We never store your credit card details on our servers. PayPal is available for manual payments.
Is the customer always right?
This is likely the toughest question we've ever been asked. Improving the user experience is one of our biggest focal points, but if you treat us poorly or unfairly, we will probably ask you to leave.
